In this therapeutic weekend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and mindfulness, you will learn to use your body and breath in new ways. Building resilience for the inevitable stresses daily life, becoming more aware of your own triggers and practice self compassion alongside self discipline. Whether you’ve practiced for years or very little, the sessions accommodate all levels.

Stephanie

Stephanie found yoga in her late teens and found it a great stretch and deeply relaxing. She continued to enjoy a wide range of yoga styles over the years. And it was quite a few years later, when she really discovered yoga can help manage stress, be a great help through difficult times and a healing practice. This is when she realised she needed to be a teacher and Sunshine Yogini was born on her mission for the soul to India. Sunshine Yogini teaches from the heart and loves seeing the beautiful effect yoga has on people from all ages and backgrounds.

Ingrid

Stephanie's Mum, an artist & cook, originally from Suriname in South America and a Child of the World, blessed by having lived in many beautiful countries, such as The Netherlands, Scotland, UAE and Madagascar. Ingrid's food & paintings are very much influenced by the cultures, people and beauty discovered throughout her travels. Food & Art make a wonderful combination and she can't wait to share her colourful menu with you.

The Food

The menu is vegetarian and colourful. The more colourful your plate, the more nutrients you are treating yourself to. To offer peace of mind, there is not a chance at all you will feel hungry during this retreat, we spend a lot of time eating, drinking and making merry with delicious healthy meals. You will also receive a questionnaire to make sure we accommodate any allergies.

You will feel rested and rejuvenated at our luxurious and magical retreat. Your days will be spent enjoying a diverse range of classes

“Thank you for working so hard to give us all such a wonderful weekend.  I loved every moment, from your beautiful smile to welcome us, your delicious juices, fabulous yoga sessions, amazing massage (thanks so much to Alanna!) and all that fantastic sunshine.  The best part for me was being able to forget about all the stresses of life and just enjoy the moment with my new yoga family, not worrying about the time or having to get dinner ready!!!  Loving the scrub and all my other goodies and feeling energised and determined to carry on with the healthy eating.” Deborah Reid

“Had the most amazing weekend at the Yoga Detox retreat in the beautiful town of Elie. Met some amazing people, had great laughs, chats and chills. Brain fog lifted for the first time in months. Would recommend it to everyone, beginners and lifelong yogis alike. Stephanie is such and inspirational person. I can’t wait to go back in the very near future!” Rebecca Higgins
